Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be legally able to form a binding contract, and at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
- Sign-in is via Google OAuth. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Purchases, Subscriptions & Renewal
- iOS: Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or open the Subscriptions page from within the app.
- Android: Purchases are processed by Google Play. Manage/cancel in your Play account.
- Prices & Changes: Prices may change; if they do, you’ll be notified by Apple/Google as required. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
- Refunds: All refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases from the app (e.g., “Restore Purchases” button) using the same platform account.
Acceptable Use
- Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using unauthorized methods.
- Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don’t reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
Your Content
You own your lists, tasks, attachments, and other content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., storage, syncing, sharing lists you choose to share).
Third-Party Services
- Firebase: storage, hosting, authentication helpers, analytics/crash reporting.
- RevenueCat: entitlements and purchase status for App Store / Play Store billing.
- Use of the Service is also subject to third-party terms where applicable (e.g., Apple, Google). See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Certain sections (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law; Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service; we’ll revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide in-app notice. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
